Hello all,
We have been having this problem for a while now...but we really don't
have any idea what to do about it.
When the system boots to the desktop, I get this error window:
"System.NullReferenceException. A null value was found
where an object instance was required"

After clicking the CLOSE button on this error screen the Zen update icon
in the tray disappears and never returnes.
On another systems this error doesn't show up...and the Zen update icon
is in the tray but NEVER indicates that there are any updates
Any help would be much appriciated.
