It is not critical from my point of view, but I just fixed it ;) a fixed

just a question: before really writing a bugreport I had to verify
this was really a bug and not my own error. I browsed many french
forum without much luck and was prepared to ask in english ones.
in similar case, do you think better to fill openSUSE bugzilla of the
(I suppose existing) php one?
