After sending off the reply to you I did some more investigation. When
trying to decrypt my files I get a message that it cannot locate
my "secret key". Where is that located???

I can still mount my 10.0 partition and copied some of the files
from .gnupg over to 10.2. Still did not work. Evidently my key is lost
somewhere in the bowels of 10.0

I then configured gpg on 10.2. I can now encrypt and decrypt files on the
10.2 system, but that doesn't help me with the encrypted files that came
over from 10.0.

Really hope this can be worked out. Three of those files are really
important.
