What is the meaning of the /HEAD/ in that url.  I note that in that same
tree there are debian kernels.  What's THAT all about?

It has been suggested by the Vmware bunch that the famous 5 minute
freeze of the entire X server on a dual core machine can be avoided by us 
of .20 or later. (I'm not sure I totally believe them).
