The thing is, I never explorer that side because I'm not prepared to lose any of the inputs or oputputs, I use them all. I use the internal one for the TV card, in mono (argh!). The tv card is stereo, but the internal "phone" conector is mono. The external line-in and line-out goes to the video player, mic goes to the mic for VoIp phone...
