Around here, they would kill you for saying it's made of rice: that's 
false horchata. The real one is made of "chufa" (sorry, don't know the 
English translation; it is "Cyperus esculentus"), it is home made, and 
lasts only about a day without spoiling. Served very cold with "snow".

I almost never use "su". I use "su -"  instead, much more useful.
