Hi There quite e lot of CMSs. Joomla (ex-mambo) should be a pretty easy CMS to configure.
Once you have apache, php, and mysql installed, you have to create the
mysql database, unpact Joomla in your apache's home directory and
configure the CMS (check the Joomla's documentation).
