So what's your point?  Did you see me say it was part of the kernel?

Attempting to install .21 will cause yast to insist on un-installing
beagle.  That was my experience last time I tried.  There were no
sources for a compatible beagle.

Beagle wasn't even my primary concern, there were other things
that yast insisted had to be un-installed, which were show stoppers
for me.
