that boots from CD-ROM, as it is already built into the SUSE CD.

But if you boot from HDD, you definetely need to add "boot from CD"

I don't really know how-to add this GRUB entry.

I would try

  rootnoverify (cd)
  chainloader +1

may also be +0, I don't know where the boot loader is on a CD.
