Sometimes my Notebook HP nx6110 with OpenSuse10.2 decides to shut down. Last
time I found for example this system message:

Apr 25 17:19:38 duro kernel: ACPI: Critical trip point
Apr 25 17:19:38 duro kernel: Critical temperature reached (178 C), shutting
down.
Apr 25 17:19:38 duro shutdown[7434]: shutting down for system halt
Apr 25 17:19:38 duro init: Switching to runlevel: 0

Computer was cool because it was turned on for abou one minute. No 178 C. It
happens sometimes and I do not like this behauviour.

Is there any way how to stop it?
