SCO filed an objection to the summary judgement, so until Judge Kimball makes the final ruling on that, SCO still has a case. But, the Novell case may end up trumping the IBM case. If the judge rules in favor of Novell on their summary judgement, it would make much of the SCO vs. IBM case moot. Actually, there is quite a bit of royalty that Novell claims SCO owes them. -- Jerry Feldman <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Boston Linux and Unix user group http://www.blu.org PGP key id:C5061EA9 PGP Key fingerprint:053C 73EC 3AC1 5C44 3E14 9245 FB00 3ED5 C506 1EA9
