The joke was boring, and it was sexist... mainly as it was based on the assumptions that a) only women had breasts, b) only women would consider breast ipod transplants and c) only men would listen in those transplants once installed... considering that are large part of the population have already transplanted said ipods to their ears it is no surprise that they could become permanently attached to other parts of the human (or companion animals) anatomy, the only speculation which comes to mind where the battery or battery charger would be placed....
