After having a look at the serve x 2 results it is easy to see out of 27,000 odd respondents of which aprox68% are professional IT knowledge and yet only 8% of the 27,000 odd people write bug reports. The amount of knowledge we have here is unbelievable and many many people are able to solve issues that need fixing system wide. I know, from experience, that dealing with suse.de is not always pleasant, however if you do find bugs please start witting bug reports. This is the only way we can improve the product and not have to solve issues time and time again.
