Launch Konsole (but of course, you have Konsole open at all times, anyway, don't you?) and press and hold the "new tab" button at the left of the tab bar and select "Secure Shell". If you have the menu bar active, use the "Secure Shell" command from the "Session" menu. At this point, you'll get a small dialog where you can configure all the SSH parameters.
