Thanks for all the help guys. I downgraded and still have the problem :(
Also, I found out that if I switch to dual server mode (not xinerama), the problem is even more severe. Also, if I switch to single monitor, it does not freeze at all. The strange thing is that it started to act like this recentrly, and I have bee running this setup for over 3 months now. I updated the nvidia driver yesterday, but I had the problem with the old one for the last few weeks, but not before that. So, I guess it's hardware problem. I'll try to replace the card, and we'll see.
