Well, I have also seen such claims by Steve Ballmer about this.  I have
also not seen any retraction.  The incident with Novell was last fall
and there have been other claims previous to those.  So, at least until
last fall, MS was claiming Linux infringed MS patents, though they
haven't shown any examples.  What's happened since then, to show MS has
changed it's mind?
