Well, if you have the space or you can do with a few megs les on your
harddisk for "serious" Linux and Windows usage, a safe bet WITHOUT any
util or any driver would be to use FAT32 on the file exchange partition.

This IS conservative, but it works either side with no problems, at
least in my experience.
