Every place that I've worked, there has never been a motivation to
dispose of trouble-tickets by "any method possible" because IMPROPERLY
closed tickets bring negative attention from managment.

Having said that, whoever closed ticket to "WONTFIX" was correct --
there IS a fix on the way -- the unified icon set...but there was
probably no category which is a MORE appropriate to say "taken
care of in next release, but not worth correcting in this release"
