You will need to download the 8.35.6 driver from AMD/ATI. It is a
proprietary driver (3D support, multiple head support) that is not shipped
with suse. If you look at the archive list
http://lists.opensuse.org
... and search for X1050 you can read my update for how to download,
build,
and install the driver. Its fairly straight forward... but definitely your
mileage may vary... some folks do not have good results with the proprietary
driver, and the driver is as-is. ATI takes feedback only... and at this
point they are not very cooperative with their customers.
