There is current support from AMD with Suse makes me think Mr Dell and
the whole Novell issue is bigger than we might realise. Also I cannot
envisage an O/S and applications that require over 8GB Memory Management
- A server - yes I can, but the true concept of a server and client have
become more blurry over the years.

One of the First Networks I set up was 80PC with 1MB RAM NO HDD or
FDD/Ethernet comms to a Netware 2.15 RevC File Server with 32MB RAM
The File server served the files and the Workstation did the processing
- Now we have both server and Workstation performing both tasks without
a single thought.

Bugger it! I may as well think of installing one of Unysis Mainframes
that run MS applications. No stacks, no blades,no memory, no processor,
no HDD no O/S issues to ever contend with and NO huge power bill keeping
the centre acceptable.

Thanks to all - I value all your comments.
