I'll second that: but this is a good list. At least, I've had huge
amounts of help when I've got myself into a mess - usually because I've
done something really stupid - but no-one has yet felt the need to point
this out to me :)
(Until now, I guess)
On every list there are trolls and fan-boys, many with social skills in
inverse proportion to their ambient anger levels. The best thing to do
is to ignore them and just get on with life. That's my 2c-worth, anyway.
