The Dummies book do one for OpenOffice (Authors Gurdy Leete, Ellen
Finkelstein and Mary Leete ISBN 0-7645-4222-2). There is a reference to
something called eTips at dummies.com

The authors of "OOoSwitch:501 Things to knopw About Switching to
OpenOffice from Microsoft Office" by Carr and Hizer (ISBN 1-930919-26-0)
claim to have a pdf version of the book available at www.hentzenwerke.com
