My *first* guess would be that you have a system "date" problem, but
your email header does not indicate that.  You still might check, two
places.  Right click on the date applet lower right corner and check
timezone, etc.  Also try the "Personal Settings (configure desktop)"
application from the kde-menu lower left corner.

Also, from the command-line:  Date
                              echo $TZ

At last.  A clue.  I was there all of 1960 and 61   (^:
Still get some thing upside down.  Might have been the Swanns Lager.

Another clue.  I just activated the "Moon Phase" applet.  Right
clicking gives a configuration option, but I see nothing there.  btw,
my applet also shows about 3/4 moon and my atomic clock shows 1/2
moon.  Definitely a mystery.  You should file a bug report.
