Actually, you'll want to put symlinks to these in ~/kde/Autostart,
rather than moving or copying the binaries themselves from /usr/bin to
your autostart folder - i.e.

cd ~/kde/Autostart
ln -s /usr/bin/beryl .
ln -s /usr/bin/beryl-manager .
