My problem: Packman's MPlayer rpm is signed by Henne (our esteemed
list owner ;-). I have imported his key, but the signature check
does not work.
Sorry, I don't have 10.0, but I do have an idea. Open KPackage. Go to
the Public keys folder. Check to make sure only one of Henne's public
keys are installed. I had some problems before on mine that was caused
by duplicate keys being installed. I found this the easiest way to see
them and delete them.

Good interface; I didn't know that before. It even works with my apt setup.

Sadly, your situation is not the case here.
Henne's key is imported only once at my system.

An observation that I made is that the name of the rpm pseudo-package is
not as expected. It should contain "efb694ea" in its package name, the
GPG key id, as the version; but at my system some other value is used.

But then, I don't know if the package version id has anything to do with
the pubkey selection when rpm wants to check a package signature.

Thanks for your attention,

        Joachim
