If you would actually read the entire thread at Dell instead of
discounting it because it starts out talking about RAID, you might find
an answer. The problem appears to be due to intensive disk activity,
with a large number of simultaneous access requests. The suggested
workaround is to increase the timeout. I believe that has to be done per
drive, but see the thread.
