Never mind. I had forgotten (again) that the online master repository contains many more rpms than the downloadable DVD.

I have a new machine I just installed. It is pretty vanilla at this point although I have added a couple of additional repositories (buildservices). I'm finding nothing in Yast related to heartbeat.
