Obviously the three are compatible since dovecot comes with suse, and I see dovecot in the list of servers when I fire up webmin. That was automatic, no extra steps necessary. I suspect something funny with your dovecot install. Are you using the fine dovecot package that comes with suse, or did you eschew that in favor of some sort of do-it-yourself dovecot tarball install?
