What is that?  It seems to refer to the same OpenSUSE kernel I have as
the default.  Is there any difference between the two?  Any reason to
keep the entry?



Xen kernels allow you to start (Host) Xen Virtual Machines (VMs), but
they may be less stable in some cases.
If you don't need it, you can remove it via Yast.
