You should send an email to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]", using the
"from" address you used to subscribe. Then, you should receive a
confirmation request email, and you should simply "reply" to it using the
reply function of your mail program (ie, click on the "reply" button).
The content of those emails are ignored: only the address line is
important.
