I'm pretty sure that Picasa will upload to Google. f-spot has flickr support 
the last time I checked, likewise digikam will let you export to flickr (and 
there's also kflickr if you want to upload outside of your photo management 
app). I use flickr so not too sure what your options are for Google photo 
sharing.
