There is no "Admin" on unix, and there is no default password. The unix
superuser account is root, and at some point during the install, the suse
installer will ask you to type the password that you want  to assign to root.

If you never got to that point, perhaps you didn't ever finish the install. It
does boot after the base system is installed, then comes up to finish the
install with things like root password, network configuration etc.
