I can't, but probably someone else can with this info: I have clicked on 
KDE:KDE3.repo in the directory you mention below, and it says:

XML-Verarbeitungsfehler: Syntax-Fehler
Adresse: chrome://mozapps/content/downloads/unknownContentType.xul
Zeile Nr. 1, Spalte 1:
meLiteral, true);
^

Which probably means that the XML syntax of that file is broken in line 1, 
column 1.
