It should actually just work in the product. While the "registration"
page is not very clear that it also registers the update service, 
it should perhaps be enhanced.

http://en.opensuse.org/Update_Mirrors   is on the english Wiki,
(but not in the german) and opensuse.org/Security now links to it directly.
