Xorg is trying to open /dev/mouse which is given in /etc/xorg.conf and fails.
This can be because:
- /dev/mouse doesn't exist at all
- mouse device has different name or
- it is located in different place

Open root console from menu and run command:
  hwinfo --mouse
and see in output what device it is (if any). Relevant lines are:

Details:
  http://en.opensuse.org/Factory/News/10.2
it describes all changes from stable 10.1 to stable 10.2 during development.
