Just for reference... I downloaded (and am seeding) the KDE iso, and
it came in at over 1500kbps... took only a few minutes with KTorrent.
I have not pulled down the DVD yet... just flagged the Gnome iso for
download and it is also coming in at over 1000kbps. I have the ports
forwarded... that is the only extra config I have done outside of
KTorrent. Inside KTorrent, I have set the download speed to 0
(unlimited).

Does your ISP do BitTorrent traffic shaping? I know some ISPs do...
such as Shaw in Canada. They slow BitTorrent down to a crawl...
