True.

It also means your report wasn't evaluated in time. If the people having 
to read bugzilla had acted faster, the second report wouldn't have been 
reported. Also, the second reporter should have read the already existing 
reports and add to yours instead of opening a new one.

Both reports tells the same history in very similar words, so the 
assumption that the one with more details got through is not correct in 
this case.

The report that got through was made by a Novell employee, and his was 
marked "critical" against the gnome platform (yours simply Normal-other) 
so his was evaluated first. Or, being made by an insider he knew which 
door to bang or phone to :-p


It may all be very nice an correct, but it means a waste of time, and an 
understandable disappointment for reporters.


But you are also at fault, as the same bug was reported earlier, by 
another Novell employee, and marked duplicate too :-p

Three different reports before somebody took notice. Mmmmm...
