This should not happen if you install OOo from the right repository. The 
repositiroes for 10.2 are in the Build Service at:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/OpenOffice.org:/STABLE/openSUSE_10.2/
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/OpenOffice.org:/UNSTABLE/openSUSE_10.2/
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/OpenOffice.org:/EXTRAS/openSUSE_10.2/
