I wonder if maybe there was a change in glxgears. At some point... I think around the release of 10.2, I noticed that glxgears changed visually from a blur to a much slower display. At first I thought my video card was not set up correctly, but the terminal output seems to be right. 19862 frames in 5.0 seconds = 3972.378 FPS If I go full screen (1680x1050) with it, it slows down significantly 1500 frames in 5.0 seconds = 299.848 FPS (this is with the latest nVidia drivers on a 7600GS) C -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
