[If anyone is interested:]

After some searching on the web, and trying lots of things, the fix
that did the trick was simple:

http://kb.mozillazine.org/Error_loading_some_websites#IPv6

Strange though that it worked before, and Firefox suddenly decided it
could only do IP6 DNS...

Hi,

After my last system reboot Firefox isn't showing any webpages
anymore.
All I get is the "Server not found..." page (immediately).
There are some exceptions though: When I directly type an IP number of
some website, or when the url is in my /etc/host (like 'localhost'),
everything works fine. So it seems to be dns related. But the strange
thing is Konqueror is working fine. And resolving urls from the
commandline with the 'host' command also works. So what could be the
problem, and how do I fix it?

(My system: openSUSE 10.2 (X86-64))
