No, did you happen to look at the date and description? The package is 
almost a year old, and the description is the yum configuration to 
allow Fedora users to access Packman.  And the package was added almost 
2 years ago. I don't think there is anything to worry about. My guess 
is that someone from the Fedora camp wanted to access the files, and 
this allows them to use the suse rpms.
