As far as I know you need to have an extension called Launchy (now at
ver 4.2.0) installed. You install a copy in TB which will reference FF,
and a copy in FF to reference TB.
The control file(s) are to be found in /.<TB/FF>/default/chrome and is
called launchy.xml where you put the name of the external mail client
(in this TB) for FF and the name of the browser (here FF) in the file
for TB.
Read the instructions/help for Launchy when you install it. Launchy
comes, of course, from Mozilla site as an Extension.
