java2-devel-packages is substituted by the Build Service to a real available
Java SDK. I suggest you to replace it with java-1_5_0-sun-devel.

It is not needed if you replace the following line the spec file:
%define test_build_openclipart 1
by
%define test_build_openclipart 0
Note that the openclipart stuff is built separately in the OOo-2.3 package on
openSUSE-10.3.
