I have 10.2, cups 1.2.7 and I have Home|Administration|Classes|Documentation/Help|Jobs|Printers Under "Printers" all of my defined printers have a "Publish Printer" option. As well, under "Home", there is a button "Manage Server" and following that there is a checkbox option "Share published printers connected to this system" What version of SUSE are you using and what version of CUPS?
