Yes, the Emacs upgrade was not very smooth. The problem is that the site-lisp
folder changed names. Try running it from the command line and you'll see
some complaints about missing folders. Unfortunately, I don't remember what
I did to fix it. I had to do a couple of other things too; I wish I kept
track of them:-( I think I even had to rename the executable, as it changed
from emacs to emacs21 or some such.
