Hi everyone! I;m using both SUSE 10.2 and 10.3 beta 7, and I;ve noticed something crop up just in the past few weeks with NetworkManager.
I have an Atheros card with the MadWifi driver, and it;s always worked fine. But several weeks ago, NetworkManager started to display that ALL (about 5) wireless networks have at 100% signal strength! My main network usually has at most, where I am in the house, a 60% strength, and the other networks in my neighborhood have below 20%. This is with BOTH 10.2 and 10.3 beta 7. To make sure my wifi card wasn't going crazy, I checked with an Ubuntu 7.04 Live CD, and networkManager on it displayed the correct readings. Anybody have any ideas? Should I file a bug report?
