I always do a fresh install and then from a backup bring my user stuff back.
However, this time on my laptop, I decided to try the upgrade choice for the first time with 10.3. I like 10.3 and have no complaints except I lost my notes on how to fix a previous problem I had. Namely: YaST->Hardware->Graphics Card & Monitor process dies during the Importing Module phase. I remember solving this by removing some database file which gets rebuilt but my notes are failing to turn up what I did to fix this in a previous version of SUSE OS. Does anyone remember?
