This is not correct. I've opened the box and had a look on the DVDs. DVD 1 is the installation source for both 32 and 64 bit, so in sum both single layer installation DVDs on one double layer i think. On the second DVD (also double layer) is additional software and i will have a look what's the difference. I have seen java6 for example. The complete capacity of both is round about 13.4GB.
