I used the web interface at http://benjiweber.co.uk:8080/webpin/ and it 
returned only packages for 10.3. I didn't see the openSUSE version checkboxes 
in the banner/searchbox background until going back, just now.

On a related note: From the pidgin main website: "2.2.1 is out. It fixes a 
crash that can be triggered remotely on MSN in 2.2.0. If you are using 2.2.0, 
you should upgrade immediately. See our security advisory for details.

Anyone know if this fix has been incorporated into the version shipping with 
10.3?
