So according to you, when Ballmer issues patent threats against Red Hat
based on an unverified and unsubstantiated report taken badly out of
context we should be talking about the weather?

While I will acknowledge that there are some zealots out there,  not
talking about Microsoft, particularly when it does such things as
attempt to pack national standards boards and lobby administrations to
free itself from onerous anti-trust decisions is kind of like ignoring
the 500 pound elephant in the room.
